It was just before 9 p.m. when about <a href="http://www.nj.com/union/index.ssf/2015/07/horses_all_safe_after_breaking_out_of_watchung_sta.html#incart_river" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">30 horses broke free</a> from their home at Watchung Stable on Monday night.
