Early Learners Make Baked Apples at Westfield Area Y
The full day preschool students cut apples and sprinkled them with cinnamon.

The Bookworms class at the Westfield Area Y’s Early Learning Center on Elm Street learned how to make baked apples as part of Mrs. Strunck’s lesson on trees in celebration of Johnny Appleseed’s birthday. The full day preschool students cut apples and sprinkled them with cinnamon. The apples were then baked until soft.
