ELIZABETH, NJ — Authorities are asking the public for help to find a missing man.

Oscar Osorio, 39, was last seen on Saturday, Aug. 2, wearing black shorts, a short-sleeved black shirt, and black sandals, said the Elizabeth Police Department.

Osorio frequents Lamplight in Elizabeth. He also has tattoos on both arms and chest, said police.

He is described as a male, Hispanic or Latino, with brown eyes and black hair. Osorio is 5-foot-6 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. His birthdate is Nov. 17, 1985.
