Orchestra To Perform Broadway Hits On New Year's Eve In Westfield
The New Jersey Festival Orchestra is set to ring in the new year with performance at Westfield High School.
WESTFIELD, NJ — The New Jersey Festival Orchestra will ring in the new year with a performance of Broadway classics in Westfield.
"Hats Off to Broadway," will take place on Saturday, Dec. 31, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Westfield High School auditorium. A second performance will also be held on Sunday, Jan. 1 at 2:30 p.m. at the Sieminski Theater, Cultural Arts Center in Basking Ridge.
NJFO's "quintessential New Year's celebration" will be conducted by Maestro David Wroe, the Music Director of NJFO and the Principal Conductor at Phoenicia International Festival of the Voice in New York.

The New Year's performance will also feature guest Broadway soloists and dances from the Dance Theatre of Harlem.
Guest Broadway performers will include Jessica Ann Best (mezzo soprano), Emily Padgett (soprano) and Josh Young (tenor). Derek Brockington of Dance Theatre of Harlem is also set to perform.
