Taco De Ojo Taqueria Opens In Westfield
The Mexican restaurant offers a variety of tacos, burritos, bowls, salsa, and more.
WESTFIELD, NJ — A new Mexican restaurant, Taco de Ojo Taqueria, has opened in Westfield.
The restaurant opened at 106 Central Ave. in Westfield in the space formerly occupied by Inspiration Roll, which recently moved to a new spot on Elm Street.
Taco de Ojo Taqueria's soft opening hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The restaurant offers a variety of tacos, burritos, bowls, salsa, and more.
"We kindly ask for your patience during this time as we work through the typical challenges that come with starting a new restaurant. If you're hoping for flawless timing, delivery, and service, we kindly request that you give us a few weeks to fine-tune our operations before visiting us," wrote Vaughn, Chef/Partner of Taco De Ojo Taqueria.
