UPDATE: Third Bomb Threat At Same Union County Target In Recent Weeks
Police arrested an Irvington man who allegedly falsely reported a bomb threat this afternoon. He has been charged in all three false alarms.

A Target was evacuated today after Police received another bomb threat at the Central Avenue location.
This is the third time in recent weeks that Clark Police have responded to the Central Avenue Target. A bomb threat was previously reported on Jan. 12, where crime units also came up empty.
The Clark Police Department reportedly evacuated the store for one hour Thursday afternoon as K9 units and Clark and Union County police swept the store, TAP into Clark reports.

Police arrested Terrance Black, 39, of Irvington during a motor vehicle stop in Clark. Black was taken into custody and charged with three counts of false public alarms, according to the news source.
