Westfield Author To Read children's Halloween Book To Town
Peter Lyons has been invited again to read his new children's picture book, "Tonight, Tonight is Halloween," to children in town.

WESTFIELD, NJ — Westfield author Peter Lyons has been invited again to read his new children’s picture book, "Tonight, Tonight is Halloween," to the town children on Sunday at Quimby St.
Readings will take place from 11:00am – 1:00pm.
Lyons first read his book to the town children on Sunday, October 17 at “AddamsFest” -- the annual Halloween-season celebration in honor of Westfield’s own Charles Addams, the creator of “The Addams Family.” So popular was Lyons’ reading that he was asked to return on Halloween to entertain the children again and help them celebrate Halloween.

Tonight, Tonight is Halloween, a children’s book filled with fanciful verse and amazing illustrations, was written by Lyons to honor his late wife who loved Halloween but who passed away from cancer three years ago. Tonight, Tonight is Halloween is now available for purchase on BarnesandNoble.com, Amazon.com, and Target.com.
The 44 pages of detailed illustrations were designed by artist Palmer Murphy, who created the artwork overflowing with characters and images so that children will always discover something new every time they open the book.
