Westfield Memorial Library opens registration for MLK Day of Service Volunteer Fair 2026
Nonprofits seeking to recruit volunteers are encouraged to register for MLK Day of Service Volunteer Fair @ the Westfield Memorial Library.

The Westfield Memorial Library is pleased to announce that registration is now open for organizations who wish to have a table at the library’s third Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service Volunteer Fair. The Fair is an opportunity for nonprofit organizations who are looking for volunteers to meet interested Westfield area residents.
The fair will be held on Sunday, January 18th from 2:00 to 4:00pm at the Westfield Memorial Library (550 E. Broad St, Westfield). The deadline to register is December 1. Participating organizations will be featured in all promotion, as the opportunity to speak with representatives of the organization is what drives much of the attendance.
Setup will begin at 1:00pm, and all organizations must be set up by 1:45pm and present throughout the duration. Each participating organization will be supplied with a standard 6-foot folding table and two chairs. Organizations are encouraged to bring a promotional tablecloth to increase the visibility of their organization and any information they wish to provide attendees with about volunteer opportunities. The library will provide all potential volunteers with a list of the participating organizations, including contact information.
