Westfield Named Among Top 10 Family Friendly Towns In NJ

WESTFIELD, NJ — The Town has something to celebrate as it was recently named among the top 10 family-friendly towns in New Jersey.

Best US Moving, a national moving services website, named Westfield as number 10 on the list, because it "stands out as one of the best towns in New Jersey, especially for families."

The ranking noted Westfield's top-rated public schools, its downtown, seasonal events such as Sweet Sounds, Tamaques Park for its open space, trails, and playgrounds.

"NJ Transit provides direct service to Manhattan, making the town ideal for commuters with families. Neighborhood associations and school parent groups foster strong community bonds. Family-friendly events take place year-round, from movie nights to art walks," according to Best US Moving in its ranking.
