Westfield RB Rawles Leads Blue Devils to Defeat Hillsborough

The football team was victorious on Saturday, 29-8.

The Varsity Football team is 2-0 this season after their Saturday win against Hillsborough at Gary Kehler Stadium, 29-8.

Eugene Rawles scored three touchdowns for the Blue Devils in the first, second and third quarters off of runs or kicks of quarterback Chris Hogge.

The efficiency of passing by Hogge combined with Rawles running helped keep possession in the hands of Westfield the majority of the time, according to NJ.com.

In the fourth quarter, Jack Simcox also scored a touchdown, while Sean Elliott had four catches for 50 yards for Westfield.
