Westfield Roads Closing Sunday For Annual Family Bike Ride

The first 300 riders who check in get a free prize.

WESTFIELD, NJ — Multiple roads will be closed on Sunday due to the annual "Tour de Westfield" bike ride.

The three-mile route runs through Westfield's South Side in the morning. Westfield Police say roads in the area will be closed from 10 to 11 a.m.

The fourth annual "Tour de Westfield" family bike parade and riding lessons takes places from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The day is filled with free events and music that promote physical activity and time together with family.

Registration is required for both events. Sponsored by the Recreation Department & Recreation Commission, the "Tour" is also supported with help from the Westfield Police Department.
