The Westwood Board of Health will hold a free Anti-Rabies Clinic on Saturday, January 29, 2022. Â

The clinic will be held at the Train Station, Broadway, Westwood. Â CATS 1:00 - 1:30 and DOGS 1:30 - 3:00 P.M. Â
The Clinic is open to all New Jersey residents.Â

The vaccine will be given to dogs and cats age four months and older. Â If the owner can show proof of previous rabies inoculation the vaccine will have a duration of three years. Dogs and cats under one year of age, or those who cannot show proof of receiving previous rabies inoculation will have to be re-vaccinate in one year.
Dr. Cattiny from Westwood Regional Veterinary Hospital will be administering the inoculations.Â
All dogs and cats must be accompanied by an adult.  All cats must be in a SECURE CARRIER.  All dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier (NO RETRACTABLE LEASHES).  Any owner who brings a pet that is not secured by a leash or in a carrier will be turned away from the clinic (NO EXCEPTIONS). Â
