Hearing For New Tire Store, Springsteen Cover Band, School Board Meeting This Week
Here's a look at the week ahead in Westwood, Hillsdale and Washington Township.
The Westwood Zoning Board will hold a special meeting this week to continue hearing an application for an ETD Discount Tire Center on Kinderkamack Road. The board meets at 8 p.m. Monday in the borough municipal building.
Hillsdale's summer concert series continues Wednesday with Diamond Jim and The Gems at 8 p.m. in Veterans Park.
The Westwood Planning Board is scheduled to hear applications for Ginger & Cream and Hackensack University Medical Center during their meeting this week. The board meets at 8 p.m. Thursday in the borough municipal building.
The Westwood Regional Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Westwood Regional High School.
The Hillsdale Library will host "A Very Potter Evening" with games, trivia and videos about Harry Potter for cardholders entering grades seven through 12 Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
Westwood's summer concert series concludes this week with Bruce Sprinsteen cover band Tramps Like Us at 8 p.m. Thursday and the Westwood Community Band at 8 p.m. Friday in Veterans' Memorial Park.
Singer, songwriter and ventriloquist Brent Vernon will perform at the Westwood United Methodist Church at 7 p.m. Friday.
