Hillsdale Man Dies After Vehicle Fell On Him: Police
Good Samaritans and police lifted the vehicle off the man, but he later died, police said.
HILLSDALE, NJ — A man was killed after a vehicle fell on him on Colonial Boulevard Thursday, police said.
Police received a 911 call and when they arrived they found the man underneath the vehicle, said Detective Travis Woods.
Police and a few good Samaritans lifted the vehicle off of the man, Woods said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities did not identify the 54-year-old man except that he was from Hillsdale.
Hillsdale police detectives and members of the Bergen County Sheriff's Office Bureau of Criminal Investigations are investigating the incident, Woods said.
