Hospital Open House, Christie Todd Whitman Visit, Relay For Life This Week
Here's a look at the week ahead in Westwood, Hillsdale and Washington Township.

The Hillsdale Board of Education meets at 7:30 p.m. Monday in George G. White Middle School. The meeting's agenda is available online here.
The Hillsdale Council is scheduled to discuss pursuing certification from Sustainable Jersey and to vote on a $21,000 phone and Internet service contract during their meeting this week. The meeting's agenda is available online here. The Council meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Municipal Building.
Former Governor Christie Todd Whitman will visit Washington Township Wednesday for the Bergen County Women's Republican Club 90th anniversary gala at Seasons. The event costs $75 and starts at 6:30 p.m.

HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley will hold an open house and celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The hospital is expecting thousands of guests to attend the event, so shuttle buses will be available to the site. For a list of bus stops for the event, click here.
Also Saturday, Westwood businesses will be holding their second annual "Go West" shopping and dining event. Stores and eateries around downtown Westwood will be offering special deals as part of the event, and money raised from businesses' will go to a new scholarship fund in memory of Elizabeth Fasciano.

The Riley Senior Center will hold a craft fair and bake sale at 100 Madison Ave., Westwood, to raise money for senior activities and nutrition programs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Relay for Life of Pascack Valley will hold a fundraiser from 4:30 p.m. Saturday until 5:30 a.m. Sunday at Pascack Valley High School in Hillsdale. So far, teams have raised more than $100,000. To get involved with the event, check out their website here.
