Washington Township Holds Tree Lighting

Washington Township held its annual tree lighting celebration at the Municipal Complex Sunday evening.

The event was a little different from previous township tree lightings. Guests listened to singers indoors because of a rainstorm and Santa was brought to the celebration by an ambulance instead of the traditional fire truck because the Washington Township Fire Department had to respond to an emergency call.
