Westwood 'Home For The Holidays' Parade Saturday
There will also be a tree and candle lighting, trackless train, treats and more at the annual event in downtown Westwood.
Westwood's popular Home For The Holidays parade and lighting event is scheduled for Saturday.
The annual event starts with a parade including Santa, the Westwood Fire Department, costumed characters and marching bands. The parade will start at 6 p.m. and travel down Westwood Avenue, then circle around the bandstand in Veterans' Memorial Park.Â
There will be a tree and candle lighintg in the park after the parade. There will also be free rides on a trackless train and the Westwood Community Band will play in the bandstand.

Shops and restaurants around Westwood will be giving away free treats and hosting live music for the event. For a map with all the locations of freebies and events, check out the map on the Westwood Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.
The Knights of Columbus will be collecting new, unwrapped gifts and gift cards at Westwood Gallery during the event.

The Westwood Library will also be hosting a pre-parade party for children with games, prizes and a story time with Mrs. Claus.
