As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 208, a 21-year-old Paterson man was charged with Possession of Heroin, a 20-year-old Paterson man was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin and a 20-year-old Clifton man was charged with Possession of Marijuana. PO Ryan SWEENEY was the arresting officer.
