Annual Triathlon Saturday in Franklin Lakes

The annual Wyckoff-Franklin Lakes Triathlon will be held at 6:45 a.m. Saturday at Indian Trail Country Club, 830 Franklin Lakes Road, Franklin Lakes.

Athletes are asked to check in no later than 5:30 a.m. The triathlon will consist of a half-mile swim, 5-mile run and 17-mile bike course.

Parking is available at McBride field, adjacent to the Indian Trail Club, on High Mountain Road across from High Mountain Road School, and at Most Blessed Sacrament Church on the corner of High Mountain Road and Franklin Lakes Road. Parking is not permitted in the Market Basket parking lot down the street from the club.

The event benefits many of the YMCA's special needs programs, as well as events and initiatives planned by the Wyckoff-Midland Park Rotary Club.
