
The Design Review Board will meet at 7 p.m. June 28 to continue its review of to construct a 258-unit independent living complex for seniors.
Design Review had sought a three-dimensional model of the $100 million project, which will ultimately go before the zoning Board of Adjustment.
Design Review is an advisory body that vets the architectural and aesthetic elements of projects before the Planning and zoning boards. Ultimately, the members will submit a report with various recommendations on the center's plans for zoning board consideration.
