Franklin Lakes Police Blotter

The following is a police blotter from the Franklin Lakes Police Department, according to Detective Lieutenant John Bakelaar:

• 3/17/15 – As a result of a motor vehicle stop at 11:40 p.m. on Rt 208, Stephen Martinique, 58 of Hewitt, was arrested and charged with DWI, reckless driving and unsafe lane change.
• 3/17/15 – Orange & Rockland Electric Co. reported that unknown persons had stolen copper grounding wire valued at approximately $100 from three poles along Scioto Drive.
