No Movement on Wyckoff ShopRite Lawsuit Since January
Several contested issues remain in multi-count lawsuit, report says.
No new decisions have been made in a multi-count lawsuit that will likely determine the fate of a ShopRite development on Greenwood Avenue in Wyckoff, NorthJersey.com reported.
According to the report, the 19-count complaint, filed by Stop & Shop in March of 2013, takes issue with the township Planning Board’s approval of the plan for the supermarket’s development on a plot of land previously occupied by an A&P.
ShopRite has won two aspects of the case, but attornies say there has been no movement in the case since a Superior Court Judge heard a challenge on January 29.
