This Week's Earth Month Recap

At Patch, we believe conservation shouldn't be limited to one day a year. That's why we are celebrating Earth Month throughout April. Here's a look at the Green Patch stories we ran this week: 

On Monday, we explored what it means to follow a "green" diet and spoke with a local wellness doctor to determine how you can get the health benefits of eating organic without breaking the bank. 

On Tuesday, we shared a local artist who makes dolls out of recycled materials. Check out Cathy Zahn's Trashion Dolls featuring Gracie Greene.

Wednesday was Part 3 of our video series "How Green is Your House?" This week, Rockland Electric shows us ways we can save energy in appliance usage.
