  1. The Albuquerque Police Department has reportedly responded to the Four Hills Studios apartment complex more than 400 times in 2022 so far. The East Central property has been referred to as an "out-of-control hot spot" for crime. The leading cause of the responses has been disturbances. The second cause is suspicious persons. The department also investigated a murder at the property this year. (KRQE News 13)
  2. Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority is working to expand its recycled-water plumbing system. According to the authority, the system is currently only accessible by sites close to the Southside Water Reclamation Plant. The expansion would bring the system to water users in the northeast part of Albuquerque. (KRQE News 13)
  3. State Representative Debbie Armstrong has resigned from the New Mexico House effective immediately. Armstrong is an Albuquerque Democrat. She stated that her resignation is to provide care for a family member. The Bernalillo County Commission will appoint a replacement until an elected successor can be established. (KOB 4)
