  1. As part of the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO), there are many suggestions for how ABQ can help its homeless, and Councilor Brook Bassan wants them to pass. A few suggestions have been to use motel conversions for affordable housing, to provide Safe Outdoor Spaces, or to designate areas as Living Lots.   2. According to organizers, the "Beyond Van Gogh" exhibit will close temporarily through May 24 to upgrade its customer experience. Any guests who had tickets during the closure will be able to receive full refunds or choose another date to come in. In response to the closure, the exhibit will now extend through Jun. 26.   3. Culture and language were celebrated over the weekend at an Albuquerque school festival. Students at the Albuquerque School of Excellence decorated the school with presentations about different countries around the world, and some students even performed culturally-specific songs and dances.
