  1. The Albuquerque City Council will review new legislation that proposes limiting the number of short-term rentals, such as Airbnbs. Under the new legislation, the city would limit the number of permits for short-term rentals to 1,200 total, and Airbnb property managers would need to live within 20 miles of the city. The new legislation aims to help improve the city's critical housing shortage. (KRQE News 13)
  2. The national television show "American Dream TV" will feature Albuquerque and highlight aspects of the city that make it an attractive place to live. The new season will be called "Selling Albuquerque" and will focus on city features like the tram, Old Town's Breaking Bad store, restaurants, and more. The new season will premier in March.   3. Albuquerque's Cub Scouts participated in the nationwide "Scouting For Food" drive. The Cub Scouts went out to gather food donations on Sunday. All donated food will go to the New Mexico nonprofit Storehouse New Mexico. (KOAT New Mexico)
