Here are the top three stories in Albuquerque today:
- Albuquerque City Councilor Klarissa Pena is working with the Albuquerque Police Department to provide a conference about community policing. The Cruising Community Policing Conference will begin on Jun. 1 and conclude with a car show. According to the councilor, lowrider culture can act as a bridge between the community and policing methods. (KRQE News 13)
- The Albuquerque Police Department is searching for a suspect that shot at the Top Golf Building on Saturday. According to the department, the individual shot 11 rounds at the building after a disturbance that occurred inside. Anyone with information regarding the suspect is encouraged to contact CrimeStoppers. (KRQE News 13)
- Wine enthusiasts will be holding the New Mexico Wine Festival in Albuquerque this weekend. The event will be from Saturday to Monday at Balloon Fiesta Park to showcase the region's best wines.
