  1. Earlier this week, a 47-year-old custodian for Kennedy Middle School in Albuquerque was shot while on the job. The Albuquerque Public Schools police say he has bullet fragments in his neck and back but is expected to make a recovery. (KOB)
  2. An Albuquerque woman was charged after she fired a gun randomly in her front yard, injuring one innocent bystander. According to reports, she was frustrated with the homeless population in her area, and she allegedly was thinking about shooting them. She has since been arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated assault. (KRQE)
  3. A food truck owner experienced his worst nightmare when he discovered his truck was stolen from his home. Before the food truck was stolen in the dead of night, Damien La Riva had spent nearly $10,000 fixing it up after an accident three months ago.
