Gemelli To Provide Food & Beverage At Bergen Point

Patrons of West Babylon golf course Bergen Point Golf Club may notice something different when they sit down to eat after a round of golf or attend a wedding at the venue's event room. Babylon Village's and have announced a partnership with the club, and will provide all the food, drinks, and catering for the facility.

Gemelli Find Foods will have complete control over Bergen Point's catering and concessions, providing an all-new menu at the sports bar and snack window of hamburgers, wraps, and Italian heros from the fine food market.

"Visitors to Bergen Point will find a lot to get excited about," says Vincent Cosentino of Gemelli Fine Foods. "From the appetizers at the sports bar to the Surf & Turf in the event room, we've overhauled the entire menu to reflect the Gemelli standard of quality, freshness and authenticity."

The food offerings will complemented by nightly food and drink specials at the bar. A happy hour will be beginning in the near future, every weeknight from 4 to 7 p.m.

The catering menu has also been revamped, with updated menu options and catering packages tailored to all needs and budgets. Improvements are also planned for the facility itself, including major renovations to the clubhouse. The dining room will be open to the public daily for lunch, and will offer a Sunday brunch as well.

"Bergen Point and Gemelli's are Babylon institutions, and we're very pleased to be moving forward together," Cosentino concludes. "We want everyone to feel relaxed and at home here, whether they're playing 18 holes or celebrating a wedding."

Bergen Point Golf Club, located at 69 Bergen Ave. in West Babylon, offers group golf outings in addition to individual rounds. The sports bar and snack window are open to the public seven days a week. The catering hall is currently booking parties of up to 175 people.
