Red Carpet Winners for Babylon Schools

As a testament to the hard work, dedication and talent made evident during the school’s annual theatrical productions, several Babylon Junior-Senior High School students were named winners in this year’s Babylon Citizens Council of the Arts Teen Theatre Awards. 

As a whole, the school was nominated for 13 Toby Awards this year, and the following were bestowed upon Babylon Junior-Senior High School students:

• Sean Cosgro (grade 7), “Future TOBY Star”
• Tyler Gumpel and Kaileen Langstone, Special Recognition – Musicians on Stage
• Tyler Gumpel, Best Featured Actor – Play (“I Never Saw Another Butterfly”)
• Crew, Best Crew in a Play (“I Never Saw Another Butterfly”)
• Crew, Cast and Production Staff, Best Production Value of a Play (“I Never Saw Another Butterfly”)
