Know anyone with a new puppy or overdue for your cat's shots? From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Last Hope Animal Rescue will be holding a for dogs and cats at Babylon Town Animal Shelter, 51 Lamar St., West Babylon.
All Long Island pet owners are eligible; no appointment necessary, but all pets must be at least 4 months old. Dogs must be leashed, and cats need to be in carriers.
