West Babylon 7-Eleven Robbed
A late-night robbery resulted in a police chase and arrest.
The 7-Eleven on Little East Neck Road in West Babylon was the site of a robbery early Tuesday morning.
According to Suffolk County Police, at 3:18 a.m. a man stole cash and was confronted by a store employee. The suspect brandished a knife and then fled. He was later apprehended by First Squad detectives.
The indentity of the man was not revealed by police and it is believed he stole approximately $100.
