Bed-Stuy Pizzeria Erupts In Flames, FDNY Says

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A Bed-Stuy pizzeria erupted in flames Wednesday morning and sent plumes of grey smoke billowing into the sky, according to the FDNY and video captured at the scene.

Firefighters battled a blaze at King Pizza And Fried Chicken on Fulton Street and Brooklyn Avenue about 10 a.m., according to the FDNY.

Video taken nearby shows crews of firefighters climbed onto the roof of the one-story building to douse the flames.
