BROOKLYN, NY — Police have arrested three men following the brutal mugging of a 31-year-old man walking on a Brooklyn street, officials said.

Abdul Priester, 23, Yasin Abdurashid, 25, and Amani Tucker, 19, were all arrested on Monday in the confines of Bed-Stuy and Stuyvesant Heights, police announced on Tuesday.

Both Abdurashid and Tucker were charged with second-degree robbery, while Priester faced an additional charge of criminal possession of stolen property, police said.

The three men were charged in connection with a violent robbery on Aug. 3 that left a 31-year-old in the hospital after being repeatedly beaten and kicked by the four men, an NYPD spokesperson said.

The attack happened on Ralph Avenue and Decatur Street in Stuyvesant Heights, police said.

Following the beating, the men stole the victim's cellphone before fleeing on foot, heading southbound on Bainbridge Street, cops said.
