Robbers Grab $60K In Cash, Loot From Stores Across Brooklyn: Cops
Police are looking for armed robbers hitting businesses across the borough and running off with cash, jewelry and cellphones.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — An armed gang of Brooklyn robbers have stolen $50,000 worth of jewelry and more than $10,000 cash from stores across the borough, according to police.
Four men are wanted for five heists during a one-month spree of hitting Brooklyn jewelry stores, cell phone shops and a laundromat, said the NYPD.
The crime spree began Sept. 19 at 12:45 p.m. when two armed men burst into Clean City Laundry on Bushwick and Myrtle avenues and stole $5,800 and a cellphone from a 44-year-old store worker counting cash in the back, police said.

Four days later, two gunmen held up the Metro PCS store on Fulton and Sumpter streets in Bed-Stuy and ran off with a bag stuffed with electronics shortly after 3 p.m. on Sept. 23, police said.
The third heist took the robbers to East Flatbush, where they held up a T-Mobile store at Kings Highway and Utica Avenue about 1:40 p.m. Sept. 27, police said.

They forced three workers and five customers to lie on the ground as they stole $900 in cash, nine cellphones and two pairs of AirPods, said police.
La Casa De Oro Jewelry at Graham Avenue and Debevoise Street in Williamsburg was their next target on Oct. 5 at about 2:50 p.m., when they stole $4,000, in cash, a cellphone, and $50,000 worth of jewelry, police said.
Finally, the four-man crew hit a Fort Greene jewelry store at Hanover and Grove places about 12:20 p.m. on Oct. 19 when they held a 65-year-old worker at gun point, said police.
Police released photos of the suspects late Monday evening and asked anyone with information to call the NYPD.
