Woman Killed In Double Stabbing On Bed-Stuy Street Corner: Cops

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A woman was left dead and a man hospitalized after a stabbing near Atlantic Avenue on Saturday, according to police.

The 32-year-old woman and 36-year-old man were near Herkimer Place and Perry Place, a block from Atlantic, when they got into a dispute with another man just before 2:30 a.m., according to police.

The third man took out a knife and stabbed the pair, the woman in the chest and neck and the man in the back, police said. He then dropped the knife and fled from the street corner, police said.

They were both taken to Kings County Hospital, where the woman was pronounced dead. The man was in stable condition, police said.

There were no arrests in the incident as of Monday morning.
