Advanced Auto Body Public Hearing Set for Wednesday
The business will submit an application for an off-street parking variance and the installation of a dumpster.
Advanced Auto Body, located at 2690 Sunrise Hwy., will go before the Hempstead Town Board of Appeals on Wednesday.
The business will submit an application for variance in off-street parking, front yard variance for part of its property on Royle Street, the installation of one dumpster and to maintain an eight-foot high fence.
The public hearing will take place at the Town Meeting Pavilion at 1 Washington St. in Hempstead at 2 p.m.
