Holiday Toy Distribution Comes To Central Islip High School

The annual Central Islip toy distribution will bring over 1,000 toys to children in the Central Islip area for Christmas.

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY — The community is coming together to help families who can't afford presents for their loved ones.

On Saturday, Dec. 21, at noon, more than 1,000 toys will be delivered to Central Islip High School gymnasium for local children as part of New York State Sen. Monica R. Martinez’s annual toy distribution event.

The event is held in partnership with Concern Housing and the Building & Construction Trades Council of Nassau & Suffolk Counties, to ensure that every child has a wonderful Christmas, regardless of household circumstances.

The festivities continue while supplies last. There will also be photos with Santa, food, music, and crafts.
