106 firefighters and EMS personnel responded to the fire Tuesday, officials said.

The fire may have started on the second floor of the four-story building. The fire was placed under control just after 9:20 p.m.
11 civilians and the 2 firefighters suffered non-life threatening injuries, FDNY officials said.
