2 Killed In Separate Brooklyn Shootings Minutes Apart: Police

BROOKLYN, NY — Two men were shot and killed in separate shootings in Brooklyn on Sunday within minutes of each other, police said.
The first incident happened on Flushing Avenue and Steuben Street around 10:45 p.m., police said.
A man in his 30s was found shot in the chest and was transported to New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The second shooting happened five minutes later at 29 Ryerson St. where a 21-year-old man was shot multiple times and a 59-year-old man was critically injured after he was shot in the head, police said.
A description of the suspects in both incidents were not readily available as of Monday afternoon.
