4 Gunmen Shoot, Injure 2 On Brooklyn Street: NYPD

A 61-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, while a 36-year-old man was shot in the right leg, police said.

BROOKLYN, NY — Four men shot and injured two other men in Crown Heights during the overnight hours of Tuesday, police said.

At around 3:05 a.m., four unidentified men exited a gray sedan and fire multiple rounds at two men who were standing in front of 787 Washington Avenue, police said.

A 61-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, while a 36-year-old man was shot in the right leg, police said.

The individuals then fled in the gray sedan eastbound on St. Johns Place toward Classon Avenue, police said.

The 61-year-old man was transported to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in stable condition, and the 36-year-old man is at NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County in stable condition, police said.

Police say all four men were wearing either a gray or black hood sweatshirt and black pants — with some wearing white and black sneakers.
