BROOKLYN, NY — A man has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old man in front of a Brooklyn apartment complex last week, police said. Usamah Sidberry, 37, of Crown Heights has been charged with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said. On July 12, at 12:18 a.m., police found Dyseem Jackson on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to the head in front of the Albany Houses in Crown Heights, police said. Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. A motive into the shooting is still being investigated.
