Brooklyn Man Charged In Fatal Shooting Of Teen: NYPD

BROOKLYN, NY — An 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged for a 2023 fatal shooting that left a 17-year-old boy dead in Brooklyn, police said.

Travis Scott, of Coney Island, has been charged with the second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Scott is accused of fatally shooting Rayshawn Hines, of Stuyvesant Heights, in the head on Nov. 26, 2023 near Chester St. & Livonia Ave. in Brownsville, police said.
