Man Punched, Robbed Aboard F Train In Brooklyn, Police Say
Police are still searching for a man who robbed and assaulted a senior on a southbound F train on Feb. 13, according to police.

BROOKLYN, NY — Police are still searching for a man who brutally attacked and robbed a senior at random on board an F train earlier this month, authorities said.
The victim, a 73-year-old man, was on a Coney Island-bound F train in DUMBO on Feb. 13 at about 9:45 a.m. when the unprovoked attack occurred, police said.
As the train approached York Street, the suspect walked up and punched the straphanger on the right side of his face, smashing his glasses, officials said.

The attacker also snatched the man's phone before exiting the train at the York Street station and running off.
Police said that the victim suffered minor injuries but ultimately refused medical attention.

In addition to releasing an image of the suspected attacker, police said the man was last seen wearing a white hooded coat.
