According to police, Joseph missed his intended targets when he opened fire near Marcus Garvey Blvd. and Broadway in Bed-Stuy.
The shooting may have stemmed after Joseph came to the defense of his 15-year-old daughter, who was arguing with a group of teens near the hospital before the shooting, according to the New York Daily News.
