BROOKLYN, NY — A 22 -year-old man was shot and killed in Brooklyn Thursday, police said. At 2 p.m., officers arrived and found the victim at 2126 Dorchester Road in Flatbush with a gunshot wound to the groin area. The victim — Kaylon Baugh — was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead, police said. There have been no arrests at this time and investigation remains ongoing.
