Man Shot, Injured Inside Brooklyn Home, NYPD Says

BROOKLYN, NY — A 20-year-old man was shot and injured inside his Brooklyn home on Thursday, according to police and an AMNY report.

The incident happened around 3:15 a.m. at a home on Duryea Place in Flatbush, according to the report.

Officers found the man inside the home with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to a local hospital, where he is listed in critical but stable condition.

Additional details on the shooting have yet to be disclosed as of Thursday afternoon.

Police may be looking for a suspect who fled on an e-bike after the shooting.

No arrests have been made, and an investigation remains ongoing.
