BROOKLYN, NY — A 56-year-old woman was found dead in a Brooklyn homeless shelter this past weekend, police said. On Saturday, at 11 p.m., officers found the victim unresponsive inside a bathroom at 615 East 104 Street, police said. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The city's medical examiner will determine the woman's cause of death. There have been no arrests at this time and an investigation remains ongoing.
