BROOKLYN, NY —An 84-year-old woman was shot by a stray bullet as she was sitting in her walker on a Brooklyn Monday evening, police said. The incident happened near the intersection of Brooklyn Avenue and Foster Avenue in East Flatbush around 6:45 pm., according to authorities. The woman suffered a gunshot wound to her left arm, and was transported to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, police said. Police are still searching for the shooter. No arrests have been made, and an investigation remains ongoing.
