Stray Bullet Strikes 84-Year-Old Woman In Walker Brooklyn: NYPD
The victim was sitting in her walker near the intersection of Brooklyn Avenue and Foster Avenue, police said.
BROOKLYN, NY —An 84-year-old woman was shot by a stray bullet as she was sitting in her walker on a Brooklyn Monday evening, police said.
The incident happened near the intersection of Brooklyn Avenue and Foster Avenue in East Flatbush around 6:45 pm., according to authorities.
The woman suffered a gunshot wound to her left arm, and was transported to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, police said. Police are still searching for the shooter.
