'Banksy' Graffiti Art Hits Red Hook, Gets Tagged by Rival

Renowned graffiti artist Banksy, known for his red balloon and many other pieces around NYC, recently created his latest version of the red balloon in Red Hook, according to AnimalNewYork.com.

In the afternoon, however, the piece had an addition apparently from rival artist 'Omar', who has reportedly tagged Banksy pieces before.

Instagram user @hollyholy was taking pictures with the balloon when she snapped the artist painting over the existing balloon piece in the picture above. The art is on on King Street, off Van Brunt.
